Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period. Communication is necessary before.
After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your total. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of your total service cost.
Failure to show without communication will result in 100% of your service fee being charged to the card on file & blocked from any future booking.
